How much can you borrow?
In general terms most lenders will offer finance up to 85% of the property value (85% LTV). However the minimum loan is £30,000. and there is no maximum.
Repayment method and term
Our minimum repayment term is 10 years with our maximum being 30 years. We can arrange your new mortgage on a Capital and Interest basis or we can offer an Interest Only repayment for 3 years followed by Capital and Interest repayments for the remainder of the term (subject to conditions).
Rates
The rate applicable is closely aligned to the loan to value (LTV) of the property you are financing. Rates start as low as 1% above LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate).
Credit History
We have products available for people with all types of credit history, including those with CCJ's, mortgage arrears, and IVA and bankruptcy (providing you have been discharged).
We can also offer a self-certification of income facility if you do not have up to date accounts and business plans.
Age
The minimum age at application is 21.
There is no upper age limit (subject to conditions).
